(Privacy Policy; Data Policy; Terms of Use; Attorney Advertising Disclaimer)

Last Updated: March 5, 2026
I. Scope and Acceptance. This Omnibus Website Legal Notice (the “Notice”) governs access to and use of the website located at https://campo.law and any associated or authorized Campo Law-branded pages, forms, scheduling links, funnels, and other online properties that display or link to this Notice (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Campo Law PLLC (“Campo Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read this Notice and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
II. Attorney Advertising; No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship; No Confidential Communications. The Site may constitute attorney advertising under the rules of professional conduct of one or more jurisdictions. The Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, legal opinion, or a substitute for legal counsel. You should not act or refrain from acting based on any information on the Site without obtaining legal advice from a qualified attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. Your use of the Site, including submission of information through any form, scheduling system, chat tool, or other communication channel, does not create an attorney-client relationship with Campo Law. An attorney-client relationship is formed only if and when (a) Campo Law has completed any required conflict checks, (b) Campo Law affirmatively agrees to undertake representation, and (c) you and Campo Law execute a written engagement letter specifying the scope and terms of representation. You must not transmit confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information through the Site or by email to Campo Law unless and until you have received written confirmation that Campo Law has agreed to represent you with respect to the subject matter. Information submitted through the Site may not be treated as confidential, and may be disclosed as necessary for intake screening, conflict checking, scheduling, security, or other operational purposes consistent with this Notice.
III. Jurisdictional Limitations; No Offer in Prohibited Jurisdictions. Campo Law’s attorneys practice only in jurisdictions in which they are properly authorized to practice or in which an applicable exception permits temporary practice. The Site is not an offer to provide legal services in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful or where Campo Law is not authorized to practice law. Any description of services is general in nature and may not be available in all matters, jurisdictions, or circumstances.
IV. Prior Results; Testimonials; No Guarantee. Any reference on the Site to prior results, representative matters, testimonials, endorsements, or outcomes is not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of any current or future matter. Outcomes depend on the particular facts, applicable law, the forum, third parties' conduct, and other variables that cannot be controlled or predicted.
V. Definitions. For purposes of this Notice, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. “Sensitive Personal Information” means categories treated as sensitive under applicable law. “Processing” means any operation performed on information, including collection, use, storage, disclosure, and deletion. “Services” means legal services provided by Campo Law under a written engagement letter.
VI. Information We Collect. Campo Law may collect information that you provide directly, information collected automatically when you interact with the Site, and information obtained from third parties in connection with your interaction with the Site. Information you provide directly may include your name, email address, telephone number, organization, role or title, and any other information you submit through inquiry forms, intake funnels, scheduling interfaces, or communications. It may also include referral information, high-level descriptions of the nature of your inquiry, jurisdictional information, and timing considerations. If the Site provides a mechanism to upload documents or files, any such documents or files you submit may be collected; however, you are instructed not to submit confidential or privileged materials unless and until conflicts have been cleared and representation is confirmed in writing. Information collected automatically may include internet protocol (IP) address, device identifiers, browser type and settings, approximate location derived from IP address, operating system information, timestamps, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and other usage and log data. Information from third parties may include data from scheduling platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising or attribution vendors, security vendors, and similar service providers, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
VII. Purposes of Processing. Campo Law processes information for business and operational purposes that include operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Site; responding to inquiries; communicating with prospective clients; conducting intake screening and conflict checks; scheduling consultations and managing appointments; processing payments and maintaining related records where applicable; performing fraud prevention and security monitoring; enforcing this Notice; protecting Campo Law’s rights and property; and complying with legal obligations and lawful requests. If you become a client, Campo Law may process information to provide legal services, to administer the client relationship, and to comply with professional obligations, as further governed by the engagement letter and applicable law.
VIII. Legal Bases for Processing Where Applicable. Where required by applicable law, Campo Law processes Personal Information based on one or more legal bases, which may include your consent, performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and Campo Law’s legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, conducting intake screening, communicating with prospective clients, and protecting against misuse or fraud.
IX. Disclosures of Information. Campo Law may disclose information to third-party service providers that perform services on Campo Law’s behalf, including hosting, data storage, analytics, scheduling, form processing, customer relationship management, communications, payment processing, and security services, to the extent necessary to provide such services. Campo Law may disclose information to professional advisors, including accountants, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel, as reasonably necessary for business operations, compliance, and risk management. Campo Law may disclose information to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, or other lawful requests, or to investigate, prevent, or address fraud, misuse, security incidents, or violations of this Notice. Campo Law may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections. Campo Law may also disclose information with your direction or consent. Campo Law does not knowingly sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. To the extent that certain disclosures associated with cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies could be characterized as “sharing” or a “sale” under certain laws, you may have rights as described in Section XI.
X. Cookies and Tracking Technologies. The Site may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to support Site functionality, remember preferences, maintain security, measure performance, and improve user experience. The Site may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns and to improve content and conversion performance. The Site may also use attribution and measurement technologies to understand which sources and pages lead to inquiries or consultations. You may control cookies through browser settings and related tools; disabling cookies may impair certain Site features. Where legally required, Campo Law will provide consent mechanisms for certain cookies or tracking technologies.
XI. Privacy Rights; California Notice. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to Personal Information, request correction of inaccuracies, request deletion, object to or restrict certain Processing, and withdraw consent where Processing is based on consent. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information as defined by California law, and to limit use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information where applicable. Campo Law does not knowingly sell Personal Information for money. If cookie-based disclosures could be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, you may exercise applicable opt-out rights by using browser privacy controls or any cookie preference mechanisms made available on the Site, if implemented. Campo Law may require reasonable verification of identity before fulfilling requests and may deny or limit requests as permitted by law. Requests and inquiries may be submitted using the contact information in Section XVI.
XII. International Visitors; Cross-Border Transfers. The Site is operated in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions in which Campo Law’s service providers operate, and that those jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
XIII. Children’s Privacy. The Site is not directed to children and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of thirteen, or under a higher age threshold where applicable law requires. Campo Law does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has submitted Personal Information through the Site, you should contact Campo Law so that appropriate steps may be taken.
XIV. Data Retention and Security. Campo Law retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce this Notice, and to maintain business and security records. If you become a client, retention is further governed by the engagement letter, Campo Law’s professional obligations, and applicable law. Campo Law maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information; however, no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and Campo Law cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident involving Personal Information, Campo Law will take reasonable steps to investigate and comply with applicable notification obligations.
XV. Terms of Use; Acceptable Use. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Notice. You agree not to access, use, or attempt to use the Site in any manner that interferes with its normal operation, compromises security, circumvents access controls, or violates applicable law. You agree not to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code; not to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site without authorization; not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation; and not to use the Site to infringe the rights of others. Campo Law may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time in its discretion, including to protect security or enforce this Notice.
XVI. Scheduling; Payments; Consultation Fees. The Site may allow users to request or schedule consultations through third-party scheduling tools and to pay consultation booking fees through third-party payment processors. Any payment terms presented during scheduling or checkout, including any non-refundable slot-hold fees and any credits that may be applied toward future legal fees upon engagement, are incorporated into this Notice by reference and will govern the applicable transaction. For clarity, payment of any consultation fee or booking fee does not create an attorney-client relationship, does not constitute acceptance of representation, and does not guarantee that Campo Law will agree to undertake representation after conflicts review and further evaluation.
XVII. Intellectual Property. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, visual design elements, and other materials, are owned by Campo Law or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with this Notice, Campo Law grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes. No right, title, or interest in the Site or its content is transferred to you. “Campo Law” and related logos and marks are trademarks or service marks of Campo Law.
XVIII. DMCA Notice. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to Campo Law identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, and sufficient contact information for response, together with a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized and that the notice is accurate. Campo Law may request additional information necessary to process the notice in accordance with applicable law.
XIX. Third-Party Services; Links; Embedded Content. The Site may include or integrate third-party services such as analytics, scheduling, form processing, payment processing, and other tools. Your interactions with those services may be governed by those third parties’ terms and privacy policies. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Campo Law does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
XX. Disclaimers of Warranties. The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Campo Law disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and title. Campo Law does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
XXI. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campo Law will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if Campo Law has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campo Law’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid to access the Site, if any, whichever is greater. Certain jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
XXII. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Campo Law and its owners, attorneys, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Site, your violation of this Notice, or your infringement of any rights of another.
